I recently had Prime Septic Service out to inspect and pump my septic system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Beau was fantastic from start to finish. My tanks were buried and difficult to locate, but he took the time to carefully troubleshoot and track them down without any hassle. What really impressed me was his attention to detail and willingness to help beyond the basic service. He noticed some issues with my tank lids, explained what needed attention, and even pointed me to a source where I could get replacement lids at a great price. Prime Septic is a third-generation family business, and you can absolutely feel it in the way they treat their customers. The service was honest, professional, and personable. Something that's getting harder to find these days. The entire process was easy, stress-free, and educational. We had a pump and inspection. Prime was suggested to us by another great septic company because they were understaffed for a bit. Communicated well, on time and executed flawlessly. Even our real estate agent sent us a picture of our yard because he was impressed with how well the hole was dug and replaced to leave little visual disturbance. I had the pleasure of meeting a young man who is the owner and operator of Prime Septic, LLC. His name is Beau and he was scheduled to be at my house between 8 am and 11 am. I received a phone call before his arrival informing me that he was getting gas for the truck and then would be right over. Shortly after, the door bell rang and standing there was a clean cut, professional looking young man with a big smile. He extended his arm to shake my hand and then introduced himself. I showed him the location of the septic tank and he continued to inform me of the process and what he would be doing and then began to work. I went back into the house and before I knew it the door bell rang. I answered the door and Beau said " I am all done sir, everything looked great." I guess what impressed me the most about Beau was the fact that he made the whole process pain free. He was polite, informative, confident and had the ability to make me feel comfortable and confident that I chose the right company for the job.
